Cooking Group – French Onion Soup & Cuban

This week, the clients had the chance to learn how to cook French onion soup and a roast beef Cuban with a demi-dijob reduction sauce. Cooking group allows a time for clients to become reacquainted with the kitchen and form a healthy relationship with the kitchen and food. Through our chef’s guidance, clients have the opportunity to make Wednesday’s lunch – and it’s never anything ordinary!

Chef John keeps the clients interested by making the experience fun and informative. He makes sure to describe each step in detail, but keeps the group extremely upbeat and exciting. We love Wednesdays just because it’s Cooking Group day! Check back each week to see what the clients are learning about in the kitchen!
